The seven-team 3A Western Cascade Conference, which includes Capital, Clover Park, Lakes, North Thurston, Shelton, Timberline and Yelm, will continue with 7 p.m. starts....I haven't even bothered to figure out who our new rivals in speech and debate are. Not that it really matters.
On the other hand, the Spaghetti Bowl will have a different flavor next week because Olympia and Capital no longer play in the same league. While the schools will still play each other - and games will still be intense - the pressure to win to keep postseason hopes alive won't be the same....
Capital has new regional rivals in Timberline, North Thurston and Shelton, and River Ridge will see familiar foes outside of its own school district.

high school football: a whole new game
Tonight's the debut of high school football in the South Sound. CHS has completed the switch to 3A, so we face a new set of rivals in the new Western Cascade Conference.

Im 22 years old an I have all kind of spritual things happen to me and I dont know to to tell anybody.last night I awoke to my mind being taken it was the worst feeling ever to not be in your right mind.Evey night is differernt, but I know something is watching me.When I fall asleep this thing uses objects in my room to frighten me, one time I had a dress hanging up ,and it turned to a demon with horns and everthing. I was so sceard with fear because I was asleep but woke at the same time I wish I could just push my way to jesus even more im young, and I want to come from this world, but it's hard sometimes I feel alone an just want to win this war and make it in to HEAVEN.
