Mere Orthodoxy moved. Did you update your links? Did you compliment them on the tasteful redecoration? Did you drop by and scuff your shoes on the new carpet?

Hello. I'm a visitor & my shoes are off. I hope it's OK to leave my question here. I read your reference a while back to a court case (AZ vs Steward, 1999) in which a child molester used conclusions from the Rind paper to argue for leniency. Can you please direct me to the source? I'm teaching a class on controversies in psychology and would find that info helpful. Feel free to email me directly if this is too off topic for your new (lovely) home. Thank you very much.

kim,
You might be referring to this thread on my brother's blog. As far as I can tell, the plea for leniency was not a success.
I object to being called 'righteous.' I sinned at least once last year!
:) Thanks for the link.
