There are at least two tartan cars in Olympia. This is one of them.

The two tartans must belong to Scottish Crips and the Scottish Bloods. I can't tell if that one is a lowrider. Nothing's more blood curdling than bagpipes through a ghetto blaster. Take care on the streets at night.
