Guess what: it's not as bad as you've been told, and it's only moderately risky if you're drinking three or more cups per diem--and that's if you're pregnant or have high blood pressure. The benefits--wakefulness, sharpened cognition, potential protection against Parkinson's, the sheer joy of java--definitely outweigh any putative risks.
