A while back I commented on a new anti-drug ad, hoping (in vain, probably) that it represents a sea change in the
ONDCP's media campaign. Remarkably, the campaign is probably worse than useless: as
Reason's Jacob Sullum points out, the Students for Sensible Drug Policy have a nifty chart showing a positive correlation between
a decline in the ONDCP's budget and a decline in high school drug use.
